How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Chosendecent Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Chosendecent Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, first raise it with the provider. Keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers that often fall short may be removed. Note that Chosendecent Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

Send Your Complaint

Email contact@chosendecent.property and include:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. What happened, and what you would like us to do

After You Write

First, we will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we will review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
